The Primary Professional Association with the name "ASSOCIATION OF OWNERS OF PRIVATE CAR RENTAL OFFICES OF HERAKLION PREFECTURE", which was established with the establishment of 142/1972 decision of the Multi-Member Court of First Instance of Heraklion and was registered in the books of recognized associations with no. 131/72, will henceforth have the following name: "ASSOCIATION OF OWNERS OF CAR RENTAL AND MOTORCYCLE RENTAL OFFICES FOR THE PRIVATE USE"
The seat of the Association is the Municipality of Heraklion, Crete. In order to achieve the goals of the Association, the Board of Directors may decide to establish and install branches, offices and services of the Association in other cities outside Greece or abroad.
The aims of the association are the development of professional conscience, solidarity and spirit of cooperation among its members and in particular the unification of all owners of private car rental offices of the Prefecture of Heraklion and Lassithi, in a single organization and action for the preservation, study and common economic, social and professional interests of its members, by any legal means and always within the framework of the universal and National interest of the country.
He is a founding member of the PANHELLENIC FEDERATION OF OFFICES OF CAR RENTALS & MOTORCYCLES "POGEADI"
